Maintaining a healthy heart is related to a woman's food.  

Eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables will help keep your heart healthy since they are rich in heart-healthy vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.

Eat more whole grains like oats, quinoa, brown rice, and whole wheat bread to lower your cholesterol and lower your risk of heart disease. These grains are rich in fiber and minerals.  

Opt for foods high in healthful fats, such avocados, almonds, seeds, and olive oil. At moderate consumption, these fats can aid in lowering LDL cholesterol and lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease.  

Regularly incorporate fatty fish into your diet, such as salmon, mackerel, and trout. Omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in certain foods, help keep hearts healthy and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Choose lean proteins like chicken, fish, beans, lentils, and tofu instead of fatty meats. The reduced saturated fat content of certain protein sources makes them good for heart health.

Cut Back on Saturated and Trans Fats: Eat less processed foods, fried foods, and fatty meats to cut back on saturated and trans fats. The risk of cardiovascular disease and high levels of bad cholesterol are both increased by these lipids.  

Reduce Your Intake of Sugar and Salt: Reduce your intake of sugar and salt-heavy foods and drinks to lower your blood pressure and lower your risk of cardiovascular disease.  

Drink Alcohol Moderately: If you're going to drink alcohol, don't overdo it. Drinking to excess is associated with an increased risk of hypertension and cardiovascular disease. One drink per day is considered moderate for women.
